Our friendly receptionists are the first point of contact for our patients and assist in making trips to the doctor as comfortable and efficient as possible.
Our receptionists can assist in arranging appointments, checking patients in and out and can direct patients to a nurse or doctor depending on their medical needs.
Our reception staff assist doctors with administration, confirm next-day appointments and call patients to advise when test results are available. Our receptionists can’t discuss test results with patients over the phone, a new appointment must be made with a GP.
At the heart of our practice, our reception team are hard-working and multi-talented with a depth of medical knowledge. Their warm smiles can brighten the day, when patients may not be feeling so well.
