Tested positive for COVID infection??
Oral medicines for COVID-19 (including antivirals) are now available for people at HIGH RISK of developing severe illness.
You may benefit from these medicines if you are:
- 70 years of age or older
- 50 years of age or older, with two other risk factors for severe disease
- you identify as a person of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander origin, are 30 years of age or older with two other risk factors for severe disease
- 18 years or older and immunocompromised.
If you tested positive for COVID and have had symptoms for less than 5 days contact your GP to check for assessment to receive the medications.
